Dome Insulation Board is a new type of roofing insulation board specifically designed and developed for various single-layer roofing insulation systems, integrating functions such as fire resistance, thermal insulation, moisture resistance, waterproofing, structural stability, and sound absorption and noise reduction.


Product Features
Class A Fire Resistance: The dome insulation board uses rock wool as the insulation core material, and its fire performance has been tested by the Tianjin Fire Department and is rated Class A.
This avoids fire hazards during construction and after delivery.
High Compressive Strength: The dome insulation board uses polyurethane and high-strength interface roll material to connect small vertical rock wool strips into a whole, expanding the material size specifications and enhancing the board's point load-bearing capacity and compressive strength, among other physical and mechanical properties.

High Dimensional Flatness
The dome insulation board has interface-reinforced roll material laminated on both the upper and lower surfaces, and is processed into shape in a single step using a fixed-length laminator. This results in minimal dimensional deviation and high flatness, reducing the amount of auxiliary materials needed and simplifying construction.
The dome insulation board's measured flatness at the factory is ≤2.0mm, while ordinary rock wool board's flatness is ≤6.0mm.

Ordinary rock wool boards have poor flatness, making it difficult to lay the waterproof layer and prone to water accumulation.
Wanhua dome roof panels boast high flatness, high compressive strength, and no water accumulation.
Low thermal conductivity, excellent energy efficiency.
The dome insulation panels are produced using microporous infiltration self-adhesive foaming technology, with uniform material distribution via spray gun, resulting in 100% cavity-free bonding.
The polyurethane has a thermal conductivity of 0.018~0.024 W/(m·K), evenly distributed on the upper and lower surfaces of the insulation panel. Polyurethane fills the gaps in the rock wool, preventing air convection and forming a closed and complete insulation layer, providing excellent thermal insulation performance.
